At White Bird Capital, we offer two types of fix and flip financing: Loans and Lines of Credit. Here are the particulars:
- Lines of Credit: Our credit lines are characterized by amounts ranging from $100,000 to $5 million. They cover up to 90% of the cost of property purchases and up to 95% of the costs of renovations
- Loans: Our loans are available for up to $10 million, usable for multiple properties. They can be used for up to 85% of the costs for property purchases and or 100% of the renovations costs.
